Dressing : almond milk, soaked cashew, garlic, lemon/acv, nutritional yeast, coconut nectar, salt & pepper.

Sebelumnya saya juga ga suka salad sekali, tapi dua tahun belakangan mencoba untuk mulai menyukai dan akhirnya suka beneran 😁

 sedikit tips, untuk pemula pilih sayur yg rasanya light, seperti jenis2 lettuce. Kalau sudah terbiasa bisa coba dark leafy green misal baby spinach, kale/kailan.

Agar saladnya sedikit segar bisa ditambah buah, potongan strawberry, pome, atau jeruk. 

Jika mau salad yg creamy bisa mengunakan alpukat, yang jelas say no deh to mayonnaise. 

Untuk protein based nya bisa ditambah dada ayam, telur rebus, atau kacang almond, hemp seed

Beginner Detox
1. Hanya makan Sayur & Buah selama 3 hari 
2. 3 liter of water 
3. Few glass of Lemon water
4. Green tea
5. Bone broth

Intermediate Detox
1. 3 days of Green Juices & Carrot Apple Lemon juices
2. 3 liter of water
3. Few glasses of lemon water
4. Few glasses of coconut water 
5. Green tea
6. Bone broth 
Keperluan:
Kesabaran & keimanan yg kuat terhadap kepercayaan kesehatan adalah kepentingan hidup kita (beside to our God Almighty of course) & kasih sayang 100% kepada diri sendiri.
